A multi-currency expense tracker for life across borders

In Kasa every account holds its own currency: 31 currencies with daily European Central Bank rates, plus bitcoin and gold in grams. Totals and net worth are shown in the main currency you choose, and you can change it at any time. Paying abroad, enter the amount, pick its currency and the day’s exchange rate is filled in; the original amount stays on the entry.

Accounts in their own currency

A euro current account, a dollar savings account, a lira card and a few grams of gold can sit side by side. Each shows its balance in its own currency; totals, charts and net worth are converted to your main currency at rates fetched a few times a day.

Paying in another currency

Enter the amount and pick the currency you paid in, like 50 EUR or 20 USD. Kasa fills in that day’s rate, which you can edit to match what your bank charged. The entry keeps the original amount, so you can still see what you paid.

Moving money between currencies

A transfer between accounts in different currencies records both what left and what arrived, so the exchange rate you actually got is kept and neither balance goes wrong.
